What Does RV Stand For?

RV stands for recreational vehicle that can be self propelled or be towed. There are several types and sizes such as:

They can have any of these to make living comfortable:

  • Beds
  • Chairs
  • TV
  • AC and heat
  • Toilet and shower
  • Microwave oven
  • Stove
  • Sink
  • Electricity
  • Fridge
  • Slide-outs
  • Retractable awning
  • Automatic leveling system

A camper is a vehicle that you tow behind a car or truck. An RV has its own motor. They are closely related, a camper is an RV.

You can rent an RV instead of purchasing as they are expensive.
