Cons

Missing of Luxury Features

Although the interior of Outback is highly comfortable and spacious and comes with plenty of advanced features, it lacks top-level amenities like multiple drive modes and a digital instrument cluster available with the more sophisticated class of wagon group.

Weaker Base Engine

While the uniqueness of Outback takes it in the competition more luxurious brands like Volvo and Audi, it falls short in terms of its base engine horsepower capacity.

Tips to Improve Gas Mileage

  • Avoid racing your Subaru engine and accelerate gradually.

  • Replace worn tire, ensure that tires are properly inflated and aligned.

  • Change oil and oil filter

  • Avoid overusing the AC as it lessens gas mileage.
