SPN 3490 fmi 7 fault code means means a problem with air purging in the 7th injector and that the system is not responding with ahi module.
This fault code means a component has failed.
You should test injector for flow, if ok then replace the ahi module.
SPN means suspect parameter number. It is a diagnostic fault code.
